🔁 Returns  

We accept returns only for:

• Damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.

• Products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting us at support@beautysplash.in with your order ID and product photo.

💰 Refunds  

Once your return is approved and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items  

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for used skincare products or opened packaging.
